helpful staff breakfast banquet fresh juices heavy door no doorman missing sign
The staff was very professional and helpful. nothing was too much trouble. breakfast banquet was wonderful. There were freshly squeezed juices. a great selection of breads and fresh fruit was available also.
i arrived at the entrance on north terrace with my arm bandaged and a suitcase. i could not open the heavy door because there was no doorman. there was also no sign to indicate that reception is around the corner.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues
central location good option payment method uncomfortable mattress high side older guest
The location is central for many things. I found the room to be satisfactory and breakfast had good options. The hotel should update the payment method to accept payments from a smartphone wallet.
The mattress in my room was not super comfortable. It was challenging to step into the bath for a shower because the sides were very high. I can't imagine how older guests manage this.
